- ½ to 1 frozen banana
- 1 cup of frozen berries (your choice)
- 1 tbsp flax seed oil, 1 tbsp ground flax seed,
or 1 tsp of Finest Pure fish oil

- ½ to 1 cup of soy or rice milk
- 1 scoop of protein powder

Directions:
Add all ingredients together in a blender and mix. Great for breakfast or a snack.
Option: add 1 tsp of guarana powder or 8-10 nuts of your choice.
